I didn't always believe in energy, frequency, or healing from the inside out. I've been a Registered Nurse since 2016 — trained in Western medicine, following every protocol, checking every box.

After the birth of my second son, my health fell apart. Chronic anxiety, severe fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, sleep apnea, recurrent strep throat. Doctor after doctor told me nothing was wrong. That it was just genetics. Just bad luck.

I remember driving to work sobbing, thinking — this can't be all there is to life. 

So I became my own researcher. I changed my diet, removed toxins, started breathing deeply, let the sun touch my skin again. And the more I aligned with that path, the more I started questioning everything I'd ever been taught. 

Then in 2024, everything shifted again when I read Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. Suddenly the science of frequency and energy made perfect sense — I wasn't learning something new, I was remembering something ancient. 

Since then I've trained in nervous system regulation, energy healing, yoga, Reiki, and Akashic Records — including galactic and light language work. I built a six-figure wellness business. And I learned, beyond any doubt, that our nervous system holds the key to our body and our life, and healing isn't a straight line, it isn't only physical and this world is so much more vast than what we can see.
